i have a BIG problem(no pun intended)i cant stop eating! even when im not hungry i just eat! PLEASE HELP ME! i actually am not really hungry most of the day i just eat.one time i decided 'thats it' but my family and friends asked if i was going to starve myself. i was like'im just not hungry' but they didnt belive me, especially at restaurants or lunch at school. i seriously wasnt hungry but ive fallen back to my old ways! do any of u have suggestions? i know u dont like always replying to everyone but IT WOULD REALLY HELP!!!

why dont you try explainin to your friends and family that you are trying not to overeat and you could use some support instead?
i try hard not to eat either and sometimes i cant stop either. thats because im currently under medication that makes me hungry half the time =( so i understand how you feel...

listen sweetie, i have an emotinonal attachment to food, which plays over into eating when Im bored and other things. What I do is I think about every single food I eat, that I know isnt healthy, as being actul fat on my body. For example, eating a cookie, i see that cookie as a chunk of fat that size and thickness added right to my thighs, no digestion, no eating, ntohing of that sort. Its confsuing but I hope you understand what Im talking about. Other things to try is think about how you will feel after eating, wont you feel better about yourself if you drink a glass of water instead? Also when you get a food craving, DO NOT try to eat something else, you will end up eating everything in sight, but that food, and end up consuming way more calories. Also try brushing ur teeth when you get a craving. hmmmm....i have some more random tips like making air popped popcron with no salt or toppings which will fill you up and haning pictures and motiviaton things on your refigrator door....email me at xxbebebrunettexx@yahoo.com if you'd like....id love to help you, on my journey of getting over food as well.....

Be sure you have enough protien and fiber b/c those continue make you feel full thoughout the day. Also if you don't drink enough water then your brain maybe thinking you are hungry when you are just thirsty.
