hey, ever since school got out, i've been spending my summer days (or some of them) at home, and u know, theres nothing on tv, its all re runs, and the computer can only take up so much of your time, so theres nothing else to do here but eat! and its like too hot in the mid day to walk, like 90 somthing. what can i do that will take up my time so i don't eat so much during the day? i gained like 5 pounds because theres nothing here to do but eat. plz help with any advice i could during the day!

Hey, I know what you mean, summer can make you eat more. What I did was I would wake up early and walk before it got to hot. During the day I would only eat my three meals and if I needed to snack it was fruit that I grabbed for. Even if there is nothing on t.v., put some music on and do some crunches or lift small weights. I lost 43 pounds, and this seemed to be a big help. E-mail me back
