Today: 210 lb - I dont know what happened. Over the summer i was bored and i snacked a lot. I weigh 210lbs now! I came back to school and it seemed everyone in my class lost weight. I was the only one who got a lot fatter. Everyone keeps making fun of me and one kid told a teacher to see how fat i was and kept pocking my stomach. My swimming program was canceled this year and that was my activity. Ive noticed i get out of breath by just climbing the stairs and that my appetite has gotten bigger. I eat a meal almost inbetween meals. I cant stop my cravings. Please help in need advice despratly!

hey, listen i know how u feel. m going through the same thing and im eighteen. dont let it get any worst. stay away from temtaion foods and eat healthy things. try walking places instead of riding the bus or getting driven there. think of something or that someone u want to imprees everytime u are about to eat soemthig ur not supposed to. eat a lot of veggies, sald and meats with those things. drink water, not juice or soda unless its grapefruit. im tyring that now and its wirking so give it a try. im nt saying its easy but jut try and always set a goal that u want to rech and think about it the whole time.

i know you're not going to take this seriously- but just squeeze your hands together like this website says after you've already had half of your regular meal and when you're not suppose to eat so your hands aren't free and think of something else. it's all about will power- know you can do it and you can...
