Hi everyone. Ive been coming to this site for awhile, but never really posted anything, just read and got inspiration from all the encouraging posts. Well I've been struggling with weight loss for many years and now I am at size 2. (I'm 5'2) Im proud of myself but I still feel like I need to loose more. I used to be size 8. All I ever heard was "eat right, exercise more" but I didn't have time to exercise everyday and its hard to always eat right. So I posted pictures of skinny models on my walls to push me to stop eating junk and eating more healthy. Whenever I would go to the fridge, I would see a thin body and then feel guilty and not eat. I found that most of the time, I didn't even need to eat, that I was just eating b/c I felt bored or b/c I had a craving. Now I watch every bite that goes into my mouth even though I have many slip ups, esp lately. But I justed wanted to share my story and everyone you can do it.

Omg...I never thought of that. lol That would probably work the best for me... I always feel bad and don't want to eat junk like ever again when i see pics of like skinny models and stuff. lol That's a really great idea im gonna try it thanx for the idea and congrats on losing weight!! : )

Good Idea thanks for sharing is that all you did guilt yourself with pin up pics of skinnys?
