I'm the fattest girl in my class,maybe the ugliest,loneliest and the most miserable one.I never had a boyfriend, and it seems like no guy is EVER going to be interested in me. Whenever someone looks at me I feel like he sees all my ugly skinfolds and is going to spit in my eye and tell me I'm THE pig.It makes me wanna cry...hide...I went now and ate even more...I'm really ashamed.I think I'm addicted to food, especially sugar and butter.Please,please someone reply...

There are many people who would rather see you as a person, not how you looks. Those people would make better friends anyways. Theres lots of things you can do even if your not miss thin and popular. You deserve friends cuz your someone no one else can be.

People who judge u on what u look like are not real friends - up till I was 14 I felt like I was too fat to deserve friends and I know what u mean about the guy thing - I felt I'd never had a b/f or never lose my v-plates so I threw myself at the first guy that showed some intrest which lead to a lot of problems. I found now its not so much about weight or looks as it is about confidence - last year (I was weighing around 200lbs+) I started going for nights out with my mates and having pulling contests (just kissing), the 2 mates I was with are both a lot smaller than me and 9 times out of 10 I beat them. I'm not suggesting that u go round snoggin every guy you see, but once you look at yourself as a person - no a fantastic person - guys, and friends will be drawn to u.

It sounds like you should talk to someone about your feelings. You shouldn't have to feel that bad about yourself. It doens't matter if your not the most beautiful of thinness in your class! What matters is confidences, I know I sound stupid as I've not been in school for 4 years. But I do know what i'm talking about. True, people do judge on looks but then they look closer and see a truly beautiful person. Your friends should like you for the inside aswell as the outside. Don't worry too much about being a loner, cos in time that will change. maybe, you could take some confidences classes, they really changed my life. At school I had two friends,and now I don't even have enought room in my address book to fit all of em. Join a club, you'll meet new people and gain new skills. Again, I'd say talk to someone closer to your heart. Bye xx

Also, when you feel bad like that, please, PLEASE stop eating food right away. Go for a walk, talk to some friends, just please... try to make that like a goal, to stop eating just because you feel sad. Food is needed to take care of your body, that's what it's for, food is not to take care of your feelings or depression, that's really important to not do that because it just makes things worse. It's tough love but sometimes you just gotta tell yourself that your eating too much!!! you have to stop eventually if you want to lose weight, im not trying to be mean, btu it's true... please just try please, and tell me how its going in a while ok? YOU CAN DO IT!!!! GOOD LUCK!!!! : D

Go on low-fat. The only way to lose weight is to try... you can't just say o im addicted to food blah blah blah... maybe it seems like you are... but, only you can change that! I ate so much a little while ago, I was just gaining weight and I gained 10 pounds from august to september!! To lose weight... I had to first realize that I was eating too much. I couldn't be so nice to myself anymore and whenever i tried to lose weight i just said o i deserve it and went for whatever i wanted to eat. Now I ate healthy and A LOT less... after a while my stomach sort of shrunk a little and adjusted and now if i tried to eat as much as i did before, id throw up! lol Trust me, it feels soooooooo much better now that I feel full so much faster. You have to start eating healthy and A LOT less, now excuses! Don't sayb things like o its ok i deserve that chocolate or something because sometimes it just leads to going overboard on all that junk. You have to be strict, you have to try really hard, you need to start eating healthier. Try low fat, you can eat as many fruits as you want, you can eat lots of things just don't eat too much fat. For example a 1200 calorie a day diet your allowed about 40 grams of fat/day. Trust me it will feel so much better. When you see all those skinny girls and wonder how good they must feel, well... when you do this, eat low fat and DONT stuff yourself, eat less, like... a good amount of food but dont stuff yourself, and you know how i feel, i might not be skinny yet, but eating like this i feel like one of them because i feel so much better and so much lighter because im not stuffed all the time and i'm losing weight and i feel great. I only eat about 20 grams of fat a day, i just count that fat i eat and im never hungry i eat fruits and i like 1%cottage cheese for like calcium adn if you want cheese thats not so fattening, and i actually eat corn pops because theyre my favorite but for a cup they dont have fat, you just have to watch to make sure you dont have too much sugar. You have to tell yourself that you can and will do it and it will work. One thing I really think you should do is definitely don't say like i deserve this and that and reward yourself with food for doing good, reward youself with a new outfit, or a smaller outfit that you will fit into once you reach your goal. Trust me you can do it, you have to at least try, please just try it. Good Luck I have faith in you, I know you can do it : )

Don't care what they say. You have to pick out a diet plan that works for you, I know how you feel. You will feel so good about yourself if you try, I know you can do it. Good Luck, Angela.
