OMG since I went off low carb and just ate healthy and low fat... I thought I would gain weight, but I lost like 3 more pounds since like valenties day!! that was the 14 and todays the 18 so that's 3 pounds in like 4 days, todays the fifth day so ill just keep eating good and see how much I weigh on sunday. I just decided that the low carb wasnt really worth it because I wanted to change my lifestyle adn lose weight the healthy way, not have to be low carb for the rest of my life :S lol anyways, I was like 148.5-149 when I went off the diet and now I'm 146.5 I gained 10 pounds over the summer because I moved and didn't know anybody adn was bored so I thought that I would just go back down to my old weight before summer (148) because I could never get past the before, but i'm past it now, I'm so happy! All of you should just try to change your lifestyle if you wanna lose weight, like eat low cal, low fat, just healthy, whatever because it's easier to stick to in the long run. : ) Good Luck everyone! I'm doing low fat now I never did low cal, and for liz, low carb is just couting carbs but eating low-fat is working so so so so much better for me! I lost like 3 pounds already in like 4 days
