i put on 5-7lbs since christmas and gon up a dress size since wen i wz 7.12lb i am 5.2/3 and wna get bk dwn 2 b slim agen so i am eatin really healthy and doin exercises like wlkin places and exercise vidz and loadsa situps. and i av bin on it like since yesterday lunch so since yestaday dunch it i av eattea - 1/2 can of low fat soup and a granary rolebrek - 2 weetabix and skimmed milkmid morning - 5 strawberryslunch - 1 crumpet and 1 spoon of beans and 50 kcal yog and 5 grapes. I am so determind 2 loose weight i am goin 4 it weneva i wnt choc crisps or out fattenin i think of me lukin fat and it straight puts me off. I am gna do dis 2 prove evre1 i can b slim agen. wish me luk! so my advice is -.only eat wn u r hungry and dnt link food 2 emotions like boredam or unhappiness..Keep a picture of a perfect figure in ur head evreX u av a cravin 4 junk fattenin food u wil immediatlly be put off nowin u r gettin futher away frm ur target.And show dem ppl u cn do it, wts betta a bar of choc or avin ur dream figure..and do it 4 ya self ppl!!!gd luk and ne1 wna b my dietin buddy and av u lost weight if so, oe much and ow did u do it?
