yay yay . i am happy! i have lost 40 lbs ( now 160) ! AND for lent, I am giving up junk food. score. however, i ate a ton today ( bored) maybe im 161... but then again, it IS "that time of the month" so maybe im 159! im am so happy. ya and u know how i lost all this weight? i seriously watched my food. it may not be exactly healthy, but having no breakast, a sandwich for lunch, and small dinner, goes a long way.

stacie - i play soccer and do yoga. i also run ( when its warm out )
Hill - umm.. it took me about 4 months to lose 40 lbs.

That isn't very healthy. Breakfast is the number one meal of the day and you don't start to burn calories until you eat it. You'll lose a lot of weight and keep it off for a long time if you eat BReakfast. Good Luck!
