Hey people, does anyone know what the daily intake of energy should be each day if your trying to lose weight? Cause im trying to lose weight, but i EAT LOADS, and when i say loads im talking 10 meals a day, so what should be my daily intake of FAT if i want to lose weight, daily intake of CARBS if i want to lose weight. I need to know some really nice snacks that i can eat when im depressed or something so that i dont put on fat. and finally i have a school assignment and i have to research 'the water diet' where u drink or eat nothing but water. so i need to know things like how safe it is, and wats the longest you can go on it safely for, due in two days. Ya umm you should really eat less, that's WAY too much! How do you expect to lose weight!? I'm getting mad because al these people don't even really want to try to lose weight but they want to lose weight... well since you're sort of askin for help I thought I should tell you that I ate a lot but then I jsut started eating less food and less fat and now I only eat like one meal a day and snacks and I'm fine I'm actually always full. The size of yous stomach will adjust and if you don't eat like 10 meals again then you'll never need that much to fil you up and you will have to throw up if you eat that much because the more food you put in your stomach, the more it expands, and if you don't put that much in it it will shrink and it won't take as much to get you full. If you keep eating so much yu're probably going to get sick, pelase stop! Just try eatin less I've lolst 15 pounds just eating less food and less fat. Also, how much do you weigh and how tall are you? Please just try this for a while just go down to 9 meals a day then 8 then 7 and take it slow until you get to like 1-3 I guess, you can eat more if you want, but if you do, they should be small meals. It's up to you but you should just really try to eat less, honestly no offence but you're eating too much if you want to lose weight you'll have to eaet less, but it's good you posted here because asking for help if the first step. I know you can do it, please just try, you will lose weight if you really honestly want to and if you realy try. GOOD LUCK!!!! You can do it :)

Maria same here 1 or 2 meals a day depends. Most of my parents food supply is spam powdered eggs oil flour and powdered milk. All stuf you gotta cook first and stuf Im sick of. Usualy eat fruit at school but its real hard to eat healthy most of the time weather I wanna or not.

I eat one meal a day. I know that that is not healthy, but what you are doing is just as unhealthy. Eating for depression seems to be a part of your problem also. Instead of eating when you are depressed, do somethig else you like..maybe belt out your favorite song, exercise, read, hang out with your friends, yoga, rollerblading, dancing to the radio...or sunin you really like to do..if anyone has a problem with my response please add a reply

water doesn't give you and nutrients or the energy that your body needs so comsuming on;y that is a very bad idea- esspecially for extended periods of time. you should eat about 1200-1500 calories a day. you'll notice if you find the info about the foods you're eating that the less fat you eat the more less calories you'll consume. good luck!
