Hi I'm Jay and I'm 15. Growing up here in the country there is food everywhere and sometimes I'm lured into that greasey food. I weighed myself 12 min ago and I'm 243lbs and god knows I would love to lose 100 lbs. What are some steps I can take to start off my weight lose?

hey Jay. did you used to go on the chat rooms as Jay 14 with that paw icon, because if that is you then I was wondering where you went, because you (or if it isn't you, then another Jay) kinda left and never came back. anyway, to lose weight I really only know one thing to do: eat less and excercise more. you might want to eat more vegetables or healthier foods and maybe go on walks or something.
