Hi,I've lost quite a lot of weight, and now I seem more depressed than I did before... I dunno if this is the right place to write this stuff on but when I was 10 I was sexually abused and after that I REALLY started putting weight on, then when I was 16 and had lost a bit of weight I had some trouble with an obsessive guy. I put on loads of weight after that too. I'm worried now that if I lose more weight then I'll be more attractive so stuff like that might happen again. I know im probably being stupid and I shouldn't let 2 sad losers ruin my life any more then they already have, but I cant stop thinking about it. Also because people know im on a diet they're always looking at me to see if ive lost weight and although I have (I gone from uk size 18-20 to 14-16) then I hate people always looking at me cuz i'm still overweight.

first have u told anyone what has happened to u? u may need to get ur feelings down in a journal or something trust me it helps. second if u want to loose eight a good exercise thing to do is take a class on self defense itll make u feel better about urself and more safe too. u can take karate taebo or just a regular self defense class. good luck~tina
