I have this probalem that I eat good and exercise during the day, but if I get mad or sad i just pig out and don't really care, but after I am really mad at myself. I have that problem too. I think a lot of it has to do with associating ice cream and brownies and chips and all that awesome tasting but incredibly bad for you food with feeling good. I know that my family always uses food as a reward--got an A in Biology? Let's go get some ice cream! That kind of thing. The trick is--and it's hard, especially at first--to find something to reward or comfort yourself with that doesn't involve food. Got a trophy for soccer? Let's go to the movies! or Get a manicure! or whatever. Had a sucky day? Try giving yourself the full beauty treatment--nails, hair, makeup, everything. Or call a friend and just vent until you feel better. You'd be surprised what a difference subbing non-food rewards makes!

if u wanna lose weight than when ur hungry drink alot so u wont gorge i get like that too
