Im so depressed cuz of my excess weight. All day I sit and watch tv, and eat, which is y Im over weight. Well.... I oviesly need to pick my butt up and start moving so if anyone can help me by suggesting a good way to lose about 70 lbs during this summer, I would greatly appreciate it!!!!

hey lexi..all you need to do is try to make healthy changes to your diet and try to get a little exercise everyday..but i hate to break it to you...your not going to lose no 70 pounds this summer..You could lose 20 if you try hard but don't expect to lose 70 lbs..that will set you up for failer...just get positive and love yourself for who you are now..I need to do that myself..do you wanna e mail me? Taking walks after dinner can really help!! just walk around the block a few times or something! Otherwise, get a membership to a gym if at all possible.. everyone there is working out for the same goal" to get a better bod... then you may not feel as intimidated or something! Also , Try doing abs or stretch or run in place, or jump rope .. those you can do in your own house!! instead of eatting, chew gum and drink lots of water... i know everyone says these.. but they aren't overrated , it really works! Lower your calorie intake, get lots of rest, and in no time you shoudl start to see results. Good luck!!
