Hey hey im 14 obviously lol and im 5,7 and 160 i Want to lose weight obviously lol and i cant seem to lose any. i want to do something but im just to lazy to do it like ill plan to walk but ill never do it i eat when im bored and watch tv what should i do by the way if yall could help me at all send me a email at quiksilver0330@yahoo.com thanx

just become a do it now person. instead of planning on it for a day just get up and move for 30-60 minutes. look- you're not going to get to where you want to be if you don't put in effort- remind yourself of that daily and just get up and do it!
