When i vist friends, parties, barbeques and other places where junk and unhealthy choices are avaibale, I'm usually faced with the descidon to eat or well, not to eat. Some say only have just a slice of that cake, or only have one piece of pizza, but my problem is that if i have that one slice of cake, next thing i know im having another one, and another one and yet another one. If your like me and feel that once you've had the junk food you might as well have more- lsiten to this. There are two types of feelings when it comes to food- craving the food and then the inital guilt that comes after overindulging. Now both feelings are uncomfotable and hard to deal with, but you have to think about which one is more positive, obvisouly the craving. I learned that if I just stay away from the junk food completely, it won't put me on the track to the non stop junk eating road, and that I can sit thruogh the activity craving the food (id rather have the craving feelings then the feeling of guilt) My two main points here are if once you start eating junk food you eat alot more then just that "one slice"...stay away from it completely! Its better to do all your activies with that craving for a peice of cake in your head then the feeling of guilt and the extra calories and fat your body in turn needs to burn off. Thanks...I hope this helped!

thanks...good advice...what I try to do is not even have any and if I give into temptation I try to go do something with some people besides hagging around the food. Or I get a small piece of whatever as I'm leaving
