Man oh man do i need help!! see i'm 4'11 and 147 pounds short and chunky!and like i always say i'm gunna change my eating habits and exercise everyday and like i do good the 1st week and like i stop and give up! i'll be a sophomore this year and i want a change for myself i atleast would like to be 120 thats my goal weight i don't wanna be the fat girl n e more and its so depressing i cry all the time but i still eat so much! if n e one can give me some tips on how they lost weight and help me leave a relpy or email me at reynsraidero07@hotmail.com and thanks to n e one who leaves a reply or emails me! i lost weight by wroking out every day i did slim in 6 or i walked in place for a hour and watched tv at the same time mostly everyone here will tell you eat healthy and wrokout it helps i eat helthy and wrokout EVERYDAY and the pounds are just falling off

i do think that if you make a change in your eating habits and exercise you will be happier with yourself... you shouldnt feel as though you have to do it to make anyone else happy... do it for yourself... i know how you feel i was short and chunky all through highschool and yeah ever so often i would go on certain diets and lose a few pounds here and there and i got to my goal weight a few times... but then istopped watching what i ate and the only exercise i got was on drill team... you may not see results immediatly but if you stick to it you can gain more than just a loss of weight... if you need any help or tips my email is steviebaby07@yahoo.com
