Even if I do eat 2000 calories a day, if I excersize more can I? I love to eat, so a strict diet isn't good for me. Thanks

i read somewhere that the average person is supposed to eat sometimes as much as 2500 calories. 2000 is a sensible goal. it may take you longer to loose the weight if you eat that many calories but just try not to go over too much and do what you said exercise alot! Good luck! -mandi-
