Hey wassup everyone...about a year ago or 2 i use to weight around 198 pounds i use to eat like crazy because i had to much stress on me and i tought tha way out of it was for me to just eat and eat.....last year the summer b4 entering high school i decided that it was enough so i started doin exercises and eating healthy and went down to 170 pounds in just 3 months or so i can loose weight very quick...well anyways i went down from a size 14 to a size 7 amazing i know.. but then i dont know what happen i enter school and like everythin i was doin just went off track..now i weight 180 pounds and i am 5"5 feet tall....but i decided enough is enough i am goin to start eatin healthy and walkin and doin alot of exercise my goal is to weight at least 150 by september and then by november b in mah weight goal which is 130...anyways ill be tellin ya how i am progressin which me luck
