hi. im annie and i weigh 260 and im 5'5. my belly and thighs are huge and have stretch marks everywhere. my belly hangs over my pante about like 6 inches. im only 14. my belly is so wide and sticks out so much that i have to have certain desks at school cause i cant squezze in. it sticks out atleast 2 feet:( i need to loose 100 pounds. plz help me. i keep gaining weight. over the summer i gained 40 pounds. i never can wear the same clothes for 1 season. please help me. all i do is lay on the couch and eat but i cant help it. am i really fat or obese. plz help me and tell me what to do and TELL ME THE TRUTH ABOUT MYSELF. MAKE ME WAKE UP AND LEARN THE TRUTH.
HELP ME PLEASE CAUSE MY TEACHERS EVEN PULL ME ASIDE AND TELL ME ABOUT WEIGHT PROGRAMS!

Im a little bit less than you and im taller and older 2, but not by very much , my bad side is that i eat because im bored on most occasions it is very back for you.. and i know how it can make you feel out of place but the other ppl are rite, set small goals but heres something to remember, my friend is 23, she was 16st she was wearing size 18 and 20 trousers, in 6 months she went down to 11st and she is wearing size 12 and maybe 10s, it can happen if you make it, just be happy xxx

hey wasup no one can help you except you, you probably have something wrong in your life no friends, parents fighting or divorced you were abused or molested that's some reasons ppl become overweight my mom and dad have been going to court for 3 years and finally got divorced and i feel like i could never be happier you need to think about what you miss or what happened and do something about and this goes to everyone think about what is wrong in your life i promise that's why your overweight once you fix it you'll be happy and will feel more confident about losing weight

Try setting smaller goals that are realistic for you. Maybe start with a goal of 200 lbs. Even if that was all you lost it would still be healtier than 260. Then if you want to lose more you can go on from there. It's easier to look at smaller, more reachable numbers.

Your parents need to take you to your doctor to disscuss weight loss options, diet, and exercise. Even 10 minutes of cardio 3 times a day will help. if that is too much, try doing just 10 minutes and build up the time you exercise, also weight lifting is a good idea, light weights + 15-20 reps. Your weight loss is going to take a while so don't get discouraged. Be realistic about how your is supposed to look. A size 5 might nt be healthy for you. I wish you good luck and you have the incentive to lose the weight!
