Hey! I ahve already lost 60 lbs but want to lose anout 20 lns more.But all of a sudden I can't stop eating I'm not hungry. . . I just eat everything I think of!!!!!!!! How can I stop doing this. . . any adive?????

hey I have a major problrm like that 2, but if its sugar or sweets your craving, have T od Honey. If u ant sweets you Blood sugar is 2 lo and Honey will bring it uo and keep it up longer;)

Well if your not hungery your having cravings and you have to supply your cravings with stuff like water tea and juices it helps trust me

Maybe you have been depriving yourself too much--allow yourself a treat such as a cookie or a serving of ice cream or something, so you don't get deprived and crave junk food. A little will NOT make you gain weight; just incorperate it into your daily calorie quota.

it may be because your body needs a certain nutrient. make sure you're eating a well balanced meal. other than that- keep busy...
