hey- i need some major help!! i have been a yo yo dieter ever since 7th grade!! i have been over weight my whole life and now i weigh 175lbs- i have tried all the diets and i'm a failior- sometimes i just want to die- !! but then i no it's depression- when my mom has her friends over i go straight to my room and don't come out till they r gone- on the weekends i eat to comfort myself- i have a lot of stress and i think that is what is holding my back! i need a loosing weight buddy!! please give my advice! i NEED HELP!! thanks

Just try to eat healthier like...
Fruits instead of chips
Carrots too
Drink water, rather then soda
Try salad, stay away from Mcdonalds and Wendys
Get wheat bread instead of white
A good way to start loosing the weight is to speed up your matabilism so you can burn more calories during the day. Try eating about every hour or two hours, WITH SMALL PORTIONS OF HEALTHY FOOD!
Try simple workouts like, jogging in place for five minutes then gradualy pick it up to ten. Try push ups, and crunches. Just keep moving, even walking more is an improvment! GOOD LUCK.
