hi, this is my 1st time writing in here...and well i have read some of the storys here and thought might as well share my problem. umm well i am about 10lbs over weight, and i gained those in less then 2 months. I am currently trying to lose those once more. i cut-off junk food, but i can't stick 2 my promise, because im constantly craving it. I don't know how 2 avoid them, and also when ever im sad or confused i tend 2 eat. for example when i pass the mirror and see my excess fat and then i see the gurls around me and how skiny they are, i wish to be like them and start eating..and i, once again don't know how i cna stop that. i try excersizing but after a day or two i stop..i hate running and prefer speniding hours sitting on my comp chair....can anyone give me adivse or help me?

join a sports team- then you'll HAVE TO EXERSIZE at practices and then you just have to concentrate on your eating because your fitness will be all set up for you so you don't have to worry...
