I have a problem. I can go during the week eating healthy and exercising, but I spend the weekends with my aunt and babysit and I can help but over eat at her house. She has so much good food(well not good food..it's just tasty food). Anyone have any tips on how and can avoid not over eating here without it being an inconviance to my aunt.

If she cooks nice food then you can ask her to cook healthy food for you, and because her other stuff tastes good this probably wll too. Good Luck!!!

you should problay take healthier snack with s you wont feel tempted to eat unhealthiy foods.GOOD LUCK!!!

just stay out of the kitchen:)
one thing i've noticed about myself that is really odd is that if i dont look at things i want to eat, i wont be tempted

hey i have the same problem!!.. but if you eat little bit more on the weekends like a little more calories.. then ull burn more through out the week(so they say) and it does work for me.. but eat small portions and just think bout if u REALLy want to it it and if its THAT worth it! hope i helped! luv ya peace out!* danyelle

go ahead and eat the tasty food just eat it in smaller portions because you know when your full so ask your self is it really worth it to be overweight any longer??? ...but if you cant resist just go do a hard work out to burn off those calories!
