well today i have done really bad, i got kinda depressed over something that was said at school. someone kicked a ball at me on the way home and then some1 else who i know shouted "how could you miss Lauren" n i aint that big either lol so i aint had ne brekkie , then i had a pack o french fries, then @ lunch i had 2 cadburys chocolate freddos then 1 cadburys chocolate carmal freddos! then another bag of crips, and i have drank about 1.5litres of water during the day, when i got home from skewl i have a wholemal pitta bread with tuna and low fat mayo and anuva 2 bags of crips, then a mint cornetto and then i burnt off 500cals and did 50 crunches ma total cal for the day totaled around 1400 cals lol of unhealthy stuff then burnt some off. argh well at least i didnt starve myself!

You know Sweetie, I'm the a mom of a 13girl year old, who is trying to loose weight as well. You just take it one day at a time. When you mess up one day , the next day get back up and try again. Those that normally tease other kids are really insecure themselves.

dont worry about what those wankers say! cadbury chocolate is good but you have to ask yourself whats more important a taste that will last five minutes at the most or keeping the weight off and being able to treat yourself every now and then bring your lunch and eat breakfast before you leave the house and you will do fine.. that is absolutely GREAT THAT you burned five hundred calories! just keep it up and change the flaws of todays diet or you will only make the same mistakes again...

Ya, its a lot better than starving yourself! Just remeber that ne one who makes fun of u is a loser and u r better off w/o them! Good luck on losing weight!

saying "well at least I didn't starve myself" isn't an excuse for eating too much junk food. I know it's hard, but all of htat candy and simple carbohydrates you ate are the foods that immediately get converted into fat. whereas whole grains, fruits and vegetables will be used as energy for a longer period of time, and therefor aren't as easily stored as fat. so unless you plan on running like 5 miles to burn off all of the simple carbs and sugars, you need to cut down on candy.
