Here's my problem. I think about what I'm eating all day long and keep worrying about it....then I eat worse...and I eat more! Does anyone know how to eat more healthy and eat less??

Try to think about something else when your mind starts drifting to food. If you try to think and plan what you eat constantly, then all that thinking about food will make you start craving it.

you gotta be commited!! if you have a craving, drink a full glass of water, that will make u full until you have ur next healthy meal!

i had that same problem you just have to get your mind over it mind over matter thing... my advice is have a plan but dont over obsess keep your self occupied with school work! and excersize and when it comes time to eat eat what was planned.
