alright i really need some help... i want to lose weight so badly but it is so hard. and i know you all know that but i really need some tips on what to eat... i have cereal in the morning and im starving by like 1030-1100 oclock so then i eat badly at lunch. then i come home and have a snack and then i have dinner like watever my mom is cooking. any tips on more filling yet healthy breakfasts and lunches so i wont eat snacks? i wont to try to cut them out. i dont drink regular soda so thats not it. i only drink diet and coke c2 every once in a while. today i had ceral for breakfast but then at lunch i had french fries :-/ and then i came home and had a bag of smart food and peanut butter crackers... man i hate this i just cant control it....
on the other though, at the beginning of the year when i ran the mile in gym class, i like couldnt finish the first lap without stopping, i stopped like halfway through. but now i run almost every day for softball on the softball field and then yesterday i had to run a lap around the track in gym class before we went to the weight room and i ran the lap without stopping once. so i felt good about that. any help would be GRATELY appreciated

first of all eating rite is not what u only have to do and french fries for lunch is not rite either!!!
this is a idea for u !!
for the morning:
ok u said u eat cereal that good but it matters what cereal u eat if i where u id try this stuff called special k its so good i like the plain im hoked on it!! and eat a fruit u like i love bananas so try that out for the morning
for lunch;
i no u go to school but maybe pack ur lunch get a couple of gurls u sit with at lunch to do it with u so u dont feel stupid lol but never pack ur lunch when ur hungry i would pack at least 1 fruit and a veg. and ranch dressing fat free or low fat and a half of a sandwich that has ur fav meat but get the low fat meat or peanutbutter and u no cheese low fat again and pretzels the low fat again and the bread make sure its whole wheat not the fatty white bread
for dinner eat :
1 veg.
1 meat no bigger than ur vest
and no bread and what ever u eat only eat half and wait for 30 mins and if u still want it eat it but u probly wont
and snack:
FRUIT FRUIT FRUIT ITS SO GOOD FOR U EAT ALL U WANT AND ALL U WANT OF VEGS
DRINK SIM MILK AND NO CHOCO UNLESS ITS LOW FAT AND THATS FOR A SNACK BUT ID RATHER HAVE FRUIT LOL

because cereal has carbs and carbs get burned up quickly, you'll want to start with something with protein.
I eat scrambled eggs and sometimes nuts in the morning and I'm still full buy lunch at 1. The protein keeps you fuller longer.
If you don't like eggs, there are plenty of other yummy alternatives for breakfast.

Hey! :) Okay, first off, cereal is *scientifically proven* that it's not a filler food, it basically goes right through you! It's good that you're not skipping breakfast though! But I recommend eating a banana, apple, or orange along with a piece of toast (no butter! try something low-fat!) and if you want you can still eat cereal, but remember to eat healthy cereal! I don't, however, recommend eating eggs, bacon, or sausage. They are all high in fat, lots of protein, but they don't do a single thing for your body! Remember not to eat salt as well! :) Breakfast is probably the most important meal of the day, just don't load up on fatty foods. Yogurt is great for you, you can also eat a tablespoon of peanut butter, along with a banana. There's a lot of protein in that! :) For lunch, you might try packing a salad along with fruits. Try not to eat cheese, as it's high in fat. After school when you want snacks, eat fruit, or toast. You can also try eating fruit every 4 hours, it's a great way to keep your metabolism going. For dinner, ask your mom to look into getting recipes off the net that contain great healthy foods. :) And remember, just walking your dog, or riding your bike is great exercise! :)

If you like oatmeal w/o all of the extra sugar and butter and such, you could eat that. Or if you don't like it, try eggs, toast, and some kind of lean meat. That is great that you are in softball and can now run more than you use to though!
