ive been really stressed out these last couple of days and i usually eat and eat and eat wen i get like this, but the last few days ive held myself back and not done that....however, yesterday i woke up, had grits, an english muffin, 2 bacon, juice, and scrambled eggs....then later i had 1 poptart out of the package, and 1/2 a grilled chicken sandwich from wendys and ate about 8 of my fries.....later i had a small hott chocolate and 1 cookie and one doughnut from tim hortons...during the day i also had a red bull and one pop...how many calories do you think i had all together?!?! i feel horrible and now im afraid my weight cudda gone back up!! this is so frustrating!!! :(

i dont know but you ate a lot of unhealthy foods and too much snacking in between when you feel down try to express yourself get a journal and write what you feel down exersizing helps get out anger and stress i heard it so many times and im like nah it aint true whatever but i was like so angry and i didnt want to exersize but then i did and all my anger went away and it relieved my stress so when im stressed i take a walk and write in my journal

you won't gain while eating 2000 calories unless you're extrememly sedentary and have a very low metabolsim!

Okay, we both know you had a bad dieting day. Don't stress about it. Exersize a lot!! You definately ate at least 2,000 calories which is way over a dieting ammount. But good luck!
