I went on my mini cycle yesterday for an hour, which is good, but I can't stop eating. *sigh* It's one of those times I just wanna scream "WHY IS IT SO HARD!!" I woke up this morning feeling ill so I haven't been on the mini cycle today, I might go for a bike ride later though.
I'm tired, annoyed, and I'm not hungry, yet I eat. >:(

Find something else to do besides eat. Yesturday, I had to read like 7 chapters in a book, and that totally took my mind off of food, and I did gr8! It doesn't have to be physical activity, it is better to sit there and read than to be eating right? You have probably already tried to take your mind off of it though, right? Try something different, like listening to your favorite song a couple of times, that might help. Good Luck!

Hey, it's alright! Just remember, even though your not hungry and you still eat, it just means you're probably feeling bored, stressed out, or depressed. But you can get back into it, you'll do great! :)
