ughh I keep eatting my day's suply of calories before 4 oclock! That means I can't eat anything else for the rest of the day and I just get bored and in the mood for food! I should space it out a lot better but its tough...Today I had eggs for breakfast which was only around 200 calories but then I had lots of pasta with cheese and microwave popcorn and pretzels which had to be around 1000 calories right there! So already I'm at 1200.
I went bike riding for hald an hour at least. sighhh

Actually, Kylie, 1200 IS too little for teenagers and kids. A good range is anywhere up until 1800, it depends on the person. And pasta and bread are not high in fat, they are high in carbs, and carbs are good. You shouldn't cut carbs out, but you should try getting more whole wheat bread and brown rice instead of white.

Actually 1200 calories in a day is a healthy range for 16, anymore than that is probably too much. For breakfast try eating oatmeal and a piece of toast (no butter, try a good preserve), then for lunch a good salad. Drink lots of water, then for dinner eat what you want but a good portion which is the size of the palm of your hand. Try not to eat pasta, and bread because they are high in fat and your body doesn't know what to do with the all the glucose.

dude, that's not a lot of food. you should have some more fruits and veggies in your day. also, don't limit it to 1,200 calories. 1,400 is a more healthy ammount!
