Ht. 5'8", Start: 211 lb, Today: 223 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 140 lb - I've eaten sooo much and gained 2 lbs!!! :-((( I'm feeling awful. When I'm bored, I eat... What can I do? Please help!!!!

it's really not that hard to stop eating as much once you put your mind to it.
i know i jsut always think to myself "what do you want be thin&beautiful...or fat&disgusting where youll never get a boyfriend&never look good in bikinis"
to me...gum makes me hungry.
i'd at least eat a rice cake...theyre only 45 calories.

After you get use to gum, it sort of feels like food. So get different flavors and stuff. Chew gum and drink water whenever you're bored.

Thanks... drinking much water helps to feel full, but i miss the taste... of food... could it be that I'm addicted to food? It's hard NOT to eat...

drinnk a big class of water before you will help you feel full so you dont eat as much...annd cold water burns calories beause your body has to heat it up :D and drink water throughout the day and youll begin to start to feel full its well it works.

Thanks for your answer. It's not only the chewing that I miss when I don't eat. I miss also the feeling of being full. Is there anything else I can do?

I use to have the same problem with eating when i'm bored. Buy a gigantic box of gum from costco. And when u get bored, just start chewing gum. Change pieces everyonce in a while if it starts running out of flavor. Its definitely better to have 20 calories worth of gum then hundreds of calories worth of food.
