Ht. 5'4", Start: 200 lb, Today: 196 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 130 lb - uh today sucked! My brothers friend has been staying here and my sis who is skinny is always joking about how she's fat and they think it's HILARIOUS! Anyways i was so upset i bought a mountain dew and a pack of peanut M&M's. Anyone have a better way to deal with being upset?

This might sound stupid, but it works. When you get upset, go for a run, or a bikeride. Maybe take a nap. Right down how you feel. IT WORKS!

walking really does work, you'll feel a hell of a lot better when you get back too.

get out of the house away from them with your cd player or ipod and take a nice walk!
