I'm very depressed right now and actually crying. I don't know If I even want to live anymore. All I want In life is to lose this weight and I keep gaining. I'm 150.. was 145.. and the scale keeps going up. I'm homeschooled because I get embarrassed of myself in school and I never do anything with friends..I always make up excuses because I feel fat. Some one please give me advice. I can't stick to anything. I always eat to numb the pain and I can't stop. I try to exersize but it doesn't make up for the calories I consume. I just feel hopeless. I'll miss out on so much waiting for the weight to come off. I want to weigh 110 so it will take 20-40 weeks if I lose 1-2 pounds a week .. and that's just to damn long to wait. I feel like I'm missing out.. I don't want to lose my friends .. I need help..please e mail me if you can

Whenever you want to eat, eat some vegaables or fruit. That way, you will not consume as many calories. Stay away from bread as much as possible. Bread acually breaks down into just sugar when it is digested! Good Luck!

How tall are you? I would understand if you are short, but from my perspective, if your aound 5'5 like me, its not that bad. I would love to be 150 (I'm currentally 165) Think on the bright side. Things could be much worse. I used to be 192 when I was 12, trust me that was no fun. 150 is not that bad of a weight and defintally nothing to be ashamed of. Turn your self-dispisial around and use it twoards your advantage. Trust me you can do it!

Hey again
I wanted to reply and ask you if you wanted to start a plan with me. Because we weigh almost the same we could "weigh in" each weekend to eachother. Maybe we could say we wanted to lose 50 pounds all together. Each Saturday we could e-mail eachother and tell the other one how we did that week, or how much we lost and how much we exercised. People do say that having a friend to be on a "plan" with you helps alot. And I am willing to be your friend:) E-mail me at or aim at outacontrol128

Hey Chelsea,
I know exactly how you feel I am 15 also and now weigh 153 pounds. I have lost 43 pounds and feel terrific. I also want to lose more and get down to around 135. The first thing I did on my diet was cut my food proportions down and started eating fruit and vegis as snacks instead of chips and cookies. I know this is hard for anybody to do, but once you see the scale move down that first week or two it is an amazing feeling. Please e-mail me back I can help you with meal plans and everything. I don't want you to feel like you don't need to be here.

First you need to think positive! You can do this ! I use to think it was so hard but don't think how much you want to loose think I lost (lets say 10) and go from that! Then by time you know it you will be where you want to be! And hunny I am homeschooled to and I know it is hard with the food being there for you anytime ! But what I do is I think ok I want that so instead of trying to hold my self bac I would eat a small portion(like 5 chips instead of 10) Well I hope this all helps you I know you can do!! Just believe you can !! Good LUCK!!!
