I have wanted to quit so bad over the last year and when I do it's like well not what do I do so I keep going on. You keep working out and eating healthy one day you'll wake up and see that beautifull body that you have. it won't magically apear but it will eventually happen

And seriously i wish I could just wake up one day and be skinny but of course life isn't that easy. Here's my advice if ur just starting off. Use this place! Here we are all in the same position so use us when u have a bad day or need tips or whatever. Start posting on here what ur eating and what u are doing for exercise. Not only are people gonna comment on how u did but it will really help just typing in what u are doing for urself each day so u know. Good luck, stay strong!
