Ht. 5'3.7", Start: 162 lb, Today: 174 lb (BMI %tile: 94), Goal: 118 lb - I just want to make it clear all of us on this borad were pre-teens ourselves few years back we been there done that, struggled with w.t. 11-12 years old., if my feet re srinking , if its true, umm that's means I'm losing w.t.! I'm not a junk food person, I'm not instered in fast food anyway,. portions re huge in U.S. 12 inch dishes unbelievable, in Europe 10 inch dishes, I wish 10 inch dishes were still made in the U.S> my goodness appites got bigger, its unhealthy, the amount spent on sitting in front of the screen is appulaing makes me upset, companies re for $$$ and greed., laughing stock,.

Hi Jessica,
Just a tip from my experience: Don't eat in front of a screen because it will distract you. If you really like sweet things buy Outshine Popsicles because they are only 80 calories and they are really yummy! I love sweets to so I eat Skinny Cow Ice Cream, Outshine Popsicles, and Light Chocolate Pudding if I ever have dessert. It sounds like you are focused and are on the right track so good luck!
