Ht. 5'5", Start: 173 lb, Today: 124 lb (BMI: 21), Goal: 120 lb - Hi Jessica (Age 19), I hope you are doing well. I haven't seen you post in awhile. Have you continued running? I am not sure if you celebrate the Easter holiday, but if so, have you managed to stay within a healthy calorie limit and consume a wide variety of healthier alternatives? No matter the answer, hope you are doing well and are happy.

I'm sorry to hear that - though you do have the strength inside of you to pick yourself back up and continue on your journey. Exercise can actually help to alleviate stress! I find it is the perfect time to clear my head of anything that is bothering me; if I get into an argument with my s/o I will go on a run and afterwards I feel so much better. Maybe it is something that you could try the next time you are feeling over-whelmed.
Other than that, they say that weight loss is 80% diet and 20% exercise. Maybe you could try some lower calorie options for desserts, or eat more fruits to tend to your sugar cravings.
And finally... YOU CAN DO IT!!! WE CAN DO IT!!! ANYONE READING THIS - YOU CAN DO IT, TOO!!!
