Ht. 5'10", Start: 398.1 lb, Today: 369 lb (BMI: 53), Goal: 250 lb - In this journey we call life there is always going to be times when you feel like things can't get any worse, there is no motivation and your about 2 seconds from giving up. If you ever come across these moments, and everybody does, there is one good way to overcome the overwhelming feeling if blah. Think for a minute what it would be like if you quit, really think about what your quitting on, think about how far you've come think of all the goals that you have been accomplished, think about the positive changes that you've made and how much better you feel overall because of it. And once you remember those amazing leaps and bounds that you've taken think about how much of it would go to waste if you quit... There are going to be times when you struggle and there is a time to rise up dust yourself off think of all the positive that has been done and has yet to be seen in your life stay focused on the future and how it's going to feel once you've accomplished your final goal. There will always be times when you are down but, we have to remember the good to make it through the bad. Stay positive and embrace positive changes.
