Ht. 5'7", Start: 332 lb, Today: 332 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 200 lb - Hi my name is Michael, I'm 18 and just like Heather I've been diagnosed with type 2 diabetes, high blood pressure and I'm now at risk for a heart attack! I've been fat throughout my life and it's all my fault! I put all that fattening junk food down my mouth, yes it tasted great but little did I know it was also killing me! My doctor warned me about all this when I was younger but I did not listen, I dismissed it as something that would happen years, even decades down my life. But sadly I was so wrong, I now have to take 2 diabetes pills each day - 1 in the morning and 1 at night, 1 high blood pressure pill in the morning, and a daily aspirin for my heart. According to my doctor if I continue my current lifestyle choices I will most likely die before I'm 30 from either a stroke or a heart attack. That is what finally made me decide to save my life ans lose weight, I don't want to die before I'm 30. Even though I have decided to lose weight now, the damage to my body has been done. I will have diabetes for the rest of my life and the plaque build-up in my arteries cannot be reversed. Thankfully my high blood pressure can go away with some weight-loss and the daily aspirin can stop as soon as I'm not in risk of a heart attack. So plz, if younger kids are reading this plz stop eating that junk food it's poison and lose some weight before you get any obesity related diseases like me. Remember ppl obesity does and will kill you and i'm proof of it! I just wanted my story out there to tell ppl what happens when you don't do anything about being obese. Please have me in your prayers any wish me luck on my journey to save my life from obesity, I certainly do not want to die at a young age! Thank You!

Hey Michael I used to drink a lot soda I was addicted to it I don't drink it all the time, I drink that once in a while as a treat not as a regualr thing, I used to drink 1-6 cans of orange soda, not anymore, unless its 0 calories once in a while is ok, mondartion! small minin goals 331 or 330 lbs that way u won't overwehlem ur self! I used to do try big goals it didn't work well for me. It ll take u a year to reach 200 lbs. What I did was to get myself the outfit I wanted to wear I cut it from a catalog! I ll try that trcik again! it worked for me before cut a picture of a pair of jeans or shorts u want to wear. I'm always looking for clothes to get me back on track when I get off. Track, not addicted to junk food. I try to stay away from it. U can do this girl!
