Mora take the weightloss slowly small healthy portions drink lots of water' excrise take it slow once u get used to increase it u ll get to ur goal wt at some point don't give up! Make ur excrise fun and insetting! Small minim goals 406 or 405 lbs that way u won't be overwhelm u want to gain muscle lose the unhealthy fat u can do this!!
