Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 162 lb (BMI: 25), Goal: 150 lb - Well this sucks. I've been struggling for the last 5 months (since my boyfriend and I moved into our own apartment). I was 153 when we moved in, and ive gained about 9lbs since. BOGUS! I think it's because we hardly ate when we were at his moms, because she never did groceries and we'd eat out 1 meal a day and not really eat anything else. so for the 2nd time in my life I lost and re-gained the same 10lbs because I went about losing it the WRONG WAY. I'm determined to get back down to 153, and even lower to 150 so I can be comfortable in my clothes again!

Looks like you've come a long way my dear. Just a setback, so not the end all be all. I lost 12lbs my first month with healthy eating and exercise then after a few months, gained it all back. I'm surrounded by unmotivated people who are not supportive in this journey. I'm starting a fitness support group and would love to have you. Let me know if you're interested. darshan.nobles@gmail.com

I know what it is like to lose weight the wrong way and then gain it all back (and then some). The good news is, it sounds like you know already know the healthy way to lose weight. Be thankful that it was only ten pounds, and not fourty, like it was for me (eep...). You can do this!
