The last bit of weight is always the hardest. That is why it is so important to really step it up! Try eliminating one or two things that you think is holding you back and add one or two things that you think can really get rid of the weight.
A lot of people on diets switch from regular to diet sodas. Get rid of the diet soda for a week or two. Even though it is zero calories soda makes you retain water. Switch it out for pure water and see the difference.
What is your exercise routine like? Try pushing for an extra 10 minutes at every work out. Or add a relaxing non stressful walk to every morning or after dinner.
