Ht. 5'2", Start: 265 lb, Today: 260 lb (BMI: 48), Goal: 165 lb - ughhh i'm getting so frustrated at myself, i came back to school on sunday and i already messed up. its so hard to be in a place where theres candy, fried foods, and the options are limited. I really need a plan because i am not giving up no matter what happens.

Pack your own snacks. Keep granola bars in your purse to help the cravings. It is a healthier option. Also did you know the slim fast makes 'candy' When ever I craved something sweet I ate one of those. Check em out.
