Ht. 5'5", Start: 262 lb, Today: 264 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 240 lb - I wanna get down to 240 so i can donate bone marrow, but i need tips or something or if someone wants to like email to motivate anyone. i just really need help and i really wanna do this. it is also harder for me to lose weight because i have PCOS which makes it really difficult.

I would just start by replacing any juice, or pop with water or a calorie free version (diet soda, 10 calorie vitamin waters etc.) and choosing healthier alternatives. (Instead of burgers and fries, have a sub or a salad with chicken). Watch your portion sizes (Instead of having 4 cookies, have 1 or 2.. etc)Do some light exercise. Dance around while you clean, or when you feel hyper or energetic take advantage of that time and do something active, even if it's just a power-walk around your block. Trust me, it'll add up. Also, anytime you feel like cheating, remember the reason you're doing this in the first place, and how proud of yourself you'll feel once you reach your goal and are able to help people by donating.
