Ht. 5'8", Start: 207 lb, Today: 199.4 lb (BMI: 30), Goal: 165 lb - I Feel great ! this is the first time in 2.5 years that i have been under 200 ! This is pure motivation to me i want to keep going ! i wanna get to 165 ! i doing great so far !
