Ht. 177 cm, Start: 128 kg, Today: 102 kg (BMI %tile: 96), Goal: 68 kg - Today is a horrible day. This week was going so well. I had barely eaten anything all week and things were great. But this morning my boyfriend surprised me with breakfast in bed which consisted basically completely of fatty foods. With cheesecake for dessert. I devoured everything, and I HATE myself for it. Of course I tried to burn it all and go for jog but now that i've eaten so much again I am hungry constantly and eating. I almost feel like my boyfriend wanted me to eat that much again. I love him, but I don;t want to be fat anymore.
What do I do?  (Note: 177 cm, 102 kg is 5'9.7", 224.872 lb.)

Try tracking your eating habits and weight. It might help you out a little. I heard of this great site for kids called www.mychildshealth.net they even give you rewards for signing on, blogging and recording your information. Check it out and good luck

TELL HIM!
If you talk to him honestly about how important it is for you to lose weight. With him on board, it will make a big difference in your success. If he really loves you, he will want to help & not sabotage you. Before I got engaged to my fiance, I had the same talk with him & the next day he joined a gym with me and started eating healthier with me & thanks to his support I now weight 100lbs less than when we had the conversation! Just tell him that you appreciate when he does sweet things like make breakfast in bed but right now you need him to support you with your healthy lifestyle & that it means a lot to you. Next time he surprises you with unhealthy food just say "thanks, but no thanks"....that'll make your point! Maybe in the future if he suprises you with breakfast in bed it'll be a fruit smoothie and rye toast with skim milk! :D (or whatever) good luck!
