Ht. 5'4", Start: 199 lb, Today: 199 lb (BMI %tile: 97), Goal: 130 lb - Hi everyone, I've been reading some of your post on here and they have really inspired me to start today. I was laying in bed thinking I'll start tomorrow but no I'm starting right now.
