Ht. 5'4", Start: 170 lb, Today: 166 lb (BMI %tile: 92), Goal: 130 lb - Alright, 4 pounds down! I've been working out more (power-walking at an incline for 1/2 hour with handweights and then core work on the exercise ball with weights.) I've been drinking alooooooot of water too. Feelin' great! Keep up the good work, guys!

Thats really great I lost a 2 pounds in the past few days because I have just been working and drinking lots of water and vitamin water
