Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 165 lb (BMI: 25), Goal: 150 lb - I'm getting very frusterated. I can SEE the difference especially in my stomach, and my clothes fit a lot looser, and yet, the scale keeps fluctuating between 166 and 167 when a few days ago i weighed 165. like WHAT THE HEEELLLLL. maybe i'm retaining water? it can't be muscle, since I haven't been working out much. just eating around 1400 cals a day of healthy foods, hardly any bread, and lots of protein. grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr sorry I'm just irritated haha

Amanda- a health specialist told me recently that it's not a good idea to weigh yourself every couple of days, she said maybe every week/week and a half. She explained that your weight can fluctuate a few pounds up or down and that you may be retaining water. And it's always best to weigh yourself in the morning. Hope this helps (:
