Ht. 5'7", Start: 250 lb, Today: 246 lb (BMI: 39), Goal: 150 lb - obviously i have a lot to lose and i was good when this year started i was going to the gym everyday and what not last year this time i was almost under 200 and i havent been under that ugly number since maybe freshman year of high school :( all my friends tell me im not overweight when clearly i AM! but they are just being nice. i havent been working out cause school consumes my life i did just get a puppy recently but i cant take her out for walks yet cause she hasnt had all her shots urgh my 21st birthday is this june and i wanted to go to vegas in cute dresses but at this rate i dont think thats happening anytime soon :( i need motivation, tips, help and a friend :( any takers?

You seem discouraged right now. I know that's hard to deal with. The fact is though, you're capable of losing weight, you've done it before...you just need to get the motivation back to keep going. Don't give up on your cute dresses :) When I weighed 237lbs, I never imgained I'd ever be able to get to 130lbs...but it happened..one day at a time! Like I tell everyone, it all starts with SMALL changes. It's quite unrealistic to think that you can go from eating anything you want to being on a strict diet. It just doesn't happen/work. Start out by walking instead ot driving, drinking only water instead of juice/pop (this is a big one!) try going for a walk 3 days a week...to start with, those little things are going to make a big difference & as you adjust to that continue to challenge yourself...cut our dessert 3 days a week for fruit instead, make a healthy lunch everyday, no eating out more than once a week etc. These things will eventually get you to where you need to be.
