You need the carbs to have energy to work out! I've lost 97lbs in 48 weeks and I still eat all of those things you're avoiding! I don't think following these outrageous diets are the way to go about weight loss...You need everything in your diet for a reason & need to make healthy choices that you can LIVE with on a regular basis. Good food choices are something you'll have to make your entire life, so don't feel trapped in a "diet" that keeps you from things you like. Keep at it & you'll get there in the end - good luck & take care :)
