Reply from Marina, Age 23 - 12/11/10 - IP#: 24.36.93.xxx You can do it! Just remember that it will be hard at first...and cutting everything out all at once will be difficult as well! The important thing to really think about is that EVERYTHING COUNTS! Everytime you choose to walk instead of drive...everytime you pass up dessert...everytime you drink water instead of juice/pop. You may not see results tomorrow but all od those thing add up over time and produces results! :)
Reply from Christine, Age 18 - 12/10/10 - IP#: 150.135.210.xxx Now that you've started college, how's the weight loss going? I had come into college hoping to lose a ton of weight since I'd be close to a gym and could pick my own food, but after the initial weight loss, I ended up ballooning up and gaining a ton of weight back because I started being so busy with classes and eating junk in the cafeteria. (Started college at 190, went down to 175, and close to 190 again now.)
